Lovebullets is a British conceptual fashion brand with an ethos of transforming items of destruction into works of art, jewellery and fashion accessories to express an ideology of love overriding negative thought.

Brief History and Profile:

The LOVEBULLETS concept evolved from a fantasy story written by Creative Director Martin Jegede telling the tale of five LOVE CREATURES ‘freezing’ destructive weapons of an evil dictator and electrifying them with positive power and beauty.

Following the initial conceptualisation on paper, The LOVEBULLETS ideology came to life at Glastonbury Festival in 2008, launching the concept with the ‘Love Tank’, a decommissioned army tank converted into a DJ booth playing host to fun filled hedonistic parties for VIPs. The original Love Bullet pendants were spotted by the fashion press on festival trendsetting influencers such as Lily Allen, Pixie Geldof and Kelly Osborne and the brand received incredible media exposure. Led by fashion designer Martin Jegede; Lovebullets has grown organically and continues to have an extensive list of A-list celebrity followers, gaining huge admiration from musical artists who support the message and free spirited attitude of the brand.

Lovebullets prides itself on pushing the boundaries through art and innovative product developmeTARGET RING GOLDnt. The aim during the design process is to soften the hardness of war artillery and enthuse these objects with a new life and usage, changing perceptions and working with their shapes uncovering subtle beauty in the most unlikely places. From the rawness of manipulated brass bullet shells to slick casted sterling silver and gold pieces all designed, handcrafted and made in the UK by a team of artisans, Lovebullets flies the flag for high quality British made goods. The commercial aesthetic of the designs makes Lovebullets extremely desirable yet the brand remains current and cutting edge.

 The Lovebullets anniversary events at Glastonbury Festival every June continue to grow and the current evolving install is called LBHQ ‘Million Bullet Club’; a nightclub, with walls fabricated from 1 million shot gun cartridges. LBHQ plays host to exclusive intimate parties staging the Worlds finest quality underground music acts and independent record labels. This is a unique  experience and a celebration of Lovebullets heritage within musical culture. It is an opportunity to showcase  new artistic innovations and communicate its message of love and unity.

Artistic direction

LOVEBULLETS continues to be steered forward creatively by co-founder Martin Jegede who directs all art projects andIMG_8483 product development. Martin Jegede graduated from Central St. Martin college of fashion and has a special interest in fabric development and material manipulation.
